How to Fill Form:
- Photo: Upload a recent color passport size photo with your name and the photo taken date. The photo should not be older than 3 months.
- Thumb Impression: Upload the left hand thumb impression.
- Signature: Provide your signature in running hand. Capital letter signatures are not accepted.
- Confirmation Page: You don’t need to send the confirmation page to JEECUP 2024.
- Read Notification: For more details, make sure to thoroughly read the notification.
