CTET July requirement 2024:If you’re interested in becoming a teacher for primary or junior levels, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for July 2024. You can apply online for Paper I (for teaching classes 1 to 5) and Paper II (for teaching classes 6 to 8) from March 7, 2024, to April 2, 2024.

Eligibility with Code July 2024:
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Eligibility with Code July 2024:
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
- At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time.
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of B.Ed. (Special Education).
- Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. Programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Additionally, a person pursuing any of the teacher education courses specified in the NCTE Notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also eligible to appear in the TET/CTET.
- Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and passed or appearing in the final year of a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.

- Fill the Form: Fill out the online application form with all the required details accurately.
- Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and any other required documents.
- Check Preview: Before submitting, review all the information filled in the form to ensure accuracy.
- Pay Application Fee: If there’s an application fee, pay it through the provided payment gateway. Make sure you have the required amount ready.
- Submit Form: After paying the fee, submit the form.
- Print Confirmation: Once the form is submitted successfully, take a printout of the final submitted form for your records.
